Qualifications and Skills
- Level 2 or 3 Qualified or be willing to obtain such qualification
- Experience with children in a work or home situation (Preferred)
- Knowledge of OFSTED standards (Preferred)
- Knowledge of the EYFS (Preferred)
- Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding (preferred)
- Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities / SENCO etc
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and Approachable
- Willingness to learn and Progress

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key person
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children and support the staff team with their key children
- Promote a high standard of quality within the nursery
- Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development, including the promotion of positive behaviour strategies
- Build positive relationships with children, their families, and colleagues
- Work as part of a team
